Prepare ingredients and portions of certain dishes prior to opening for business. Provide assistance to the Lead Chef. Provide wine presentations, adhering to presentation protocol. Become intimately familiar with Italian dishes as a means to give recommendations on the menu and wine list.

Armstrong Atlantic State University 2006 - Present I am currently in my senior year and plan on graduating by Christmas this year with a Bachelors of Visual Arts.
Skills
I have lived in the Historic District for several years now and have become very familiar with the many branches of the hotel and service industry. I have worked for several hotels (including the Mansion on Forsyth Park and the Hyatt) and all of my jobs have revolved around providing the best quality customer service. I find myself most at home when working in this sort of environment, although I am equally capable in an office handling reports and invoices. I am personable, friendly, dedicated, well-rounded and I adhere to a strong work ethic. I function well with a team or by myself, even when under pressure. I enjoy experience of dining out and like to reflect that joy in my work personality.
