Description
Gained experience in the Housekeeping Department by doing pantry
setting, ensuring that the guests are provided with laundry services,
ensuring that there are all available supplies in the room consisting of
mini bar service and toiletries.

Worked in the F&B department that provided me a full hand

experience. I provided services in the various sections of the hotel
including banquet, Bar of Radisson named Zeppelin, spring restaurant,
Coffee shop named Atrium.

I also worked in the Front Office department .I performed various roles

including Bell Boy by escorting the Guests with luggage to their
respective rooms. I also maintained the records of all the guests
stating their arrival and departures.

I also worked for a while in the Food Production department in Country

Inn.

Learning

Building of confidence while interacting with the customers.

Working in various departments provided me ability to learn all the

aspects of the hotel industry.

I learnt how to manage things in the available time.
