Shawn as a child always wanted to start his business. He wanted to get into the steel business. Hence he did his graduation in commerce at St.Xaviers Mumbai. And did graduation in BBA. Then he devised his business plan inorder to set up his own company and how exactly he should go about he has to be the best in the steel business. He was quite confident enough that he would excel at what he was doing. But at times he would have the fear of what if he fails at what he is doing.The losses that he would have to bear. Shawn was an introvert and shy person. He would not interact with people much. But since he was getting into business he was worried that this shortcoming should not come in his way. Hence he thought to overcome this shortcoming and get some help in the business he should get his best friend to help him out. The two of them started the company and became successful and made a huge profit. Shawn overcame the shortcoming of introvert and shyness and also became a confident man.
