COMPLAINT TO THE HOTEL MANAGER

Good morning sir Walter Parraga director of hotel "blue tower", my name is Andres Rivera guest of the hotel where you work, take good care to make a call, the room in which I am staying the toilets do not work very well, I appreciate if we solve the problem and another problem, which refers to the attention received by employees under their charge, they were not very kind to me and my girlfriend, the time to move our bags were not careful, I assumes that your hotel is one of the best, which would lead to having a good staff in the hotel under its representation, would appreciate if you make a call to the personnel working in the hotel reception, thank you very much for your attention.
