    OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY Primary objectives To study the welfare measures of the employees in Cannanore Spinning and Weaving

    Mill. Secondary objectives


    To analyze the different types of welfare measures adopted by the organization. To measure the effectiveness of the current welfare measures of the organization. To analyze the attitude of the workers towards the work. To offer suggestions for the company to develop its welfare measures.

    LIMITATION OF THE STUDY


    The major limitation of this study is the sample size. Since the researcher was not able to accompany each respondent some of them have not filled certain questions. Time is an important factor or employees, who were expected to spend some times to answer the question. There may be errors due to bias of the employees. Time provided for the conducting the research was short.
