The Senior Financial Analyst's key responsibilities include complex financial accounting
and reporting activities within Leasing Services. Activities include; analysis of
ahead/behind positions, account reconciliation, monthly close reporting activities and
interfacing with vendors. Responsible for ensuring internal controls by evaluating,
analyzing and reporting financial information.
Audit and analyze assigned general ledger accounts. Prepares general ledger account
reconciliations and month-end journal entries.
Perform assigned monthly close tasks including financial analysis, ensuring completion of
monthly close checklists and reconciliations, and audits to ensure adequate month end
close documentation.
Handle questions and inquiries from field Sales in regards to ahead/behind, roll over
transactions, and other various activities.
Perform various general ledger and financial statement research, maintain proper
documentation for journal entries, ad-hoc analysis and complete reporting requests for
business management.
Issue service payments to vendors for leases where service fees are included within the
monthly lease billing.
