PDK Valiation
Selected candidates will be expected to perform or be proficient in atleast one of the following areas Perform comprehensive testing of IBM PDKs on the kit level to provide error-free and quality product to customers. Design and analyze custom RF wireless/Analog baseband circuits for PDK quality as well as technology benchmark purposes Develop RF/Analog parasitic extraction (PEX) decks. Leverage device/backend knowledge and estimate parasitics present in devices/design. Work closely with design automation experts who develop DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction decks. Proficient in developing custom layouts to support the device modeling group for technology qualification purposes. Use automation and develop new layout techniques to improve productivity in the layout domain. Work with device modelers as part of the release team and be involved in model quality testing and model structure testing in PDK. Develop regression testing and automation for model quality purposes/
