-If you have volunteered to drive for the Morningside field trip, please give Pam Bowman a copy of your drivers license and proof of auto insurance. Try to do this before the field trip day. Thanks! -We will have a party in the afternoon of October 31. Students may wear costumes, though they may want to bring a change of clothes as costumes can sometimes become uncomfortable to wear all day. A sign up sheet will soon be coming home for party food and paper goods.

This weeks selection is Amelia and Eleanor Go for a Ride, by Pam Muoz Ryan. The comprehension skill for the week focuses on locating information in different mediums. We will also be talking about complete and simple subjects. For the next couple of weeks in writing, the focus will remain on expository form.
