Today, our group will offer some culture: + Staff Uniforms + Business Relationship + Entertainment The first is staff uniforms in Viet Nam, they usually wear uniform at all time, and they choose suit and ties in subdued colors with white shirt. Some companies, woman wear Ao dai the traditional National dress or company have their own uniforms. Next, we talk about the business relationship. Vietnamese business relationship becomes a social relationship and now were at information age, the information is very important so we need to make relationship with other. The second reason is we always work in group thats why if you dont have relationship, we cant work with your co-worker. If you want to make relationship, the more you share your personal life, discuss your news, hobbies, the closer you are in your relationship. The entertainment is very useful this is the way you establish relationship. The entertainment is held in the first half of your visit, events or anniversary And most of those are arranged in the hotels, restaurants or worker houses Usually business topics are not discussed at dinner, although it maybe at lunch. The dinner consists of several dishes, and they are usually served in sequence. Chopsticks are used in Viet Nam but many modern restaurants have European cutlery. Vietnamese beer or imported wines are usually served at dinner. Dinner is uasually finished by gruit or sweets and before leaving, you should shake hands with everyone present and thank for dinner.
