Observations at Site:

The following observations are noted in Cross inspection which are not observed by site engineer (If all the punch points observed by site engineer than mentioned all punch points are matching with site engineers observation. Attach the mandatory photographs).

POUNCH POINTS. 1.Fuse box was grounded at one point only, instead of at two different points. (Ref check sheet E15)

2.Power supply to SMPS was taken from 6 amp MCB in PIU(Blue phase). (critical) (This should taken only from 63 amp MCB & Y-B phase in SMPS should be shorted)

3.SMPS allarm card was faulty. (Ref check sheet AL-8,9,10) (I have checked the continuity in alarm card,but no continuity was ovserved in multimeter & also SMPS alarms were not shown)

4.D.G exhaust pipe was rusted. (Ref check sheet D-23)

5.Anti corrosive paint was not provided at welding point. (Ref check sheet E-24)
