Work Description
Problem:
During PM on 31 December 2022, A/C 2 at Sinamic Room found out that the outdoor unit was corroded severely
that may lead pipe to leakage. Plus, the unit PCB was faulty and high ampere. The Brand: York, Manufacture year:
2013, Model: YSL15C3-AMPOL, S/N: 20564402-43076. The A/C has reached it life-cycled indicating the unit in poor
performance that may cause in breakdown cases. To prevent from further breakdown, it’s recommended changing
new unit for both A/C model for 1.5 HP.

Rectify & Action:

A/C is running normally so crane can continue operate until failure. Request to change the new unit 1.5 HP split unit
in Electrical Room for both A/C 2.
