Naushaba Niaz Khan Mariha Nasser Grade :11 Subject: Proposal for organizing an event on behalf of Green Club Dear Madam, Green Club has decided to take an initiative to portray the importance of recycling by organizing an event themed as recreating by recycling. The main idea behind this theme is to make use of their creative insights and art skills to create an extraordinary piece of craft that will aware the students about conserving the limited resources of the earth at the same time. The event will be titled as AKS Regenerator and this contest will take place for two consecutive days which will be held in the multipurpose room. The participants shall be given the permission to leave their respective classes ten minutes before the school is dismissed and they will all congregate in the multi purpose room. This event will take place during CAS. The participants may choose to work in pairs or individually, according to their preference. The best three works would be chosen by a panel of judges and would be awarded with certificates from the school. We also wish to showcase all the participants work during the Assembly. Costs:No costs required. Students will bring their own materials. Rules and Regulations: 1) Students are to make articles using recycled materials only 2) Students are to bring their materials from home 3) The contest will continue for two days and anyone who fails to be present in any one of the days will be disqualified from the contest. 4) Anyone who makes their articles from home will be disqualified Thank you for your co-ordination.
