What I know now about groups.
! Now I understand every role of a group starting by the leader where he need not only to persuade other members to achieve the assignments, but also by having a sense of respect and communication. The most important thing in a group its to remember that every member has the right to give opinions and have compassion of others by helping each other. A good quality group has to meet a very structured organization chart were it meet the roles of every one and there responsibilities. And of course we cant forget about motivating the members of the group to work improving every assignment and the relationship in between.
