    Event Name: Zeus Gen Next Leader The God of Sky and Supreme ruler of the 12 Olympian Gods, his might remains unmatched and his authority, uncontested. He is the champion of peace and the bringer of wrath on the unjust. He maintains order and sanctity on Olympus as well asan avid interest in Earth. He is the strongest, the wisest, the best He is ZEUS, THE ONE With every passing day, organizations become more and more dynamic and it becomes increasingly difficult for a manager to constantly adapt and adjust to the changes happening around him. In todays world, the role of a manager is no longer only restricted to targets and deadlines. He is no longer just a manager; he is a leader of men, creator of opportunities and eliminator of conflicts. ZEUS-THE ONE is a platform where each participant will get a chance to showcase their skills and calibre in order to be judged as the Gen Next leader, incarnation of Zeus himself. It is a two day event during which the participants will have to perform tasks pertaining to the various facets of management. They will be assessed on their effective managerial qualities, business acumen and keen aptitude in the fields of Marketing, Finance and Human Resource Management. 1. a. b. c. d. Team Rule This is a solo event. This event is open to all B-school students only. There can be multiple entries from a single B-school. The registration should be done online through our website - www.drishti2012.siom.in

    2. Round 1: a. Online psychometric test which will identify the aptitude, decision making and analytical skills of the participant. b. The date of the online test will be intimated to the registered participants only through emails. b. Top 30 participants from Round I will be shortlisted for the next round. 3. Round 2: a. Finals of ZEUS-The One will be held at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik (Jan 21-22, 2012). b. There will be multiple rounds spanning through the 2 days of the event. Await for Surprises dont expect a cake walk :)
