Deadlines for each stage

Here you need to simply copy the information from the Assignment in to your Word doc to show the deadlines you are working to.

Availability of Equipment

Here you need to tell me where you will get equipment from e.g. cameras, lights, tripods etc. How will you check to see that it is available? I we have to ask for equipments from Vikki from Bcot. Vikki.soanes@bcot.ac.uk

Availability of Personnel

Here you need to show who will help with your TV Pilot

Adverts. Who will check to see when they are available? Who is acting? Who is in your crew? Will they be available on the days that you want to film? Scott our tutor will help us with TV piloting adverts. Who is acting? Carlos and Ndex will be acting.

Timescales for clearances

Have you got clearance to film in the locations you want to film in? Have you got permission to film people? Will you use a release form for your actors to give permission? We dont have any clearance because we are going to do our video from the park and under the tunnels on the same park.

Locations

Will you do a recce with your group? Yes we are going to do recce to make sure we have everything we need for our project. Where do you plan to shoot? We are going to do our shooting at Eastrop Park and under those tunnels there.
