Leadership - powerful positive presence Confidence - belief in yourself, the system, your teammates, the coaching staff Toughness - mental and physical Responsibility/Accountability - must be dependable, be able to own up to your own actions Passion - being good is not good enough, you must dare to be great, always look to excel at everything Poise - maintain composure/control at the worst and best of times Commitment - be ready to do whatever it takes to reach our goals Positive Attitude- have a realistic perspective, negativity leads us to nowhere fast Strong Work Ethic - come to all functions (games, practice, meetings) ready to learn and work hard, give 110% Coachability - allow coaches to take you were you cannot take yourself Productivity - be consistent, not sporadic. Move your team and teammates Total Understanding personal packages, formations, blocking schemes, Defenses, your opponent

Honesty- ability to say what you think, and the ability to accept the same Communication- open and honest Trust the glue that binds it all together

1. Time is of the essence. Think and react quickly 2. Believe in what you see 3. Take whats there first 4. Things get worse before they get better 5. One you decide, then go with it 6. Once you leave it, dont go back 7. Inside throws, target under the chin 8. Outside throws, target outside and away 9. Anticipate breaks 10. Check downs are your greatest ally 11.
