This study examined the relationship between adversity quotient, emotional intelligence quotient, and teaching performance among mathematics teachers in region VI of the Philippines. The researcher found that adversity quotient and emotional intelligence quotient positively correlated with teaching performance. Teachers with higher levels of these traits tended to perform better in teaching mathematics.
