The Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to procurement policy and procedures and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Create requisitions and obtain necessary approvals for PMM departmental related purchases. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and documents systematically for HODs information and further action. Route and distribute such documents as per instruction. Provide clerical support to HOD for the preparation of letters, memorandums, reports and presentation materials.

The Requirements:

Possess Diploma in Secretarial Science with 5 years working experience in related field. Basic knowledge of procurement policies and practices. Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Have good planning and organizational skills. Have reasonable analytical and mathematical skills. Knowledgeable and competent in Microsoft Office applications. Be able to work and contribute in a team environment.

All candidates must possess the ability to work in a multicultural environment with excellent communication skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
