    1. Using the Bridge Drawings:You are the Project Management Firm undertaking the construction of a Bridge to be constructed in St. Andrew (see attached drawings). The Bridge is a Composite Bridge with RC Abutments, Steel Beams and RC Deck founded on Pile foundations and RC Pile Cap. The client has specified a construction period of 9 months with the contractor being able to work only during regular working hours (8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday) No work will be done Sundays or on Public Holidays. The Commencement Date for the Project is 4th April 2011. As part of the contract documents you must submit a schedule of works (using the Gantt chart presentation) to show how you plan to complete the works in nine months. There is also a requirement for showing materials that will be purchased and the timing for this procurement. Also show the site setup in your programme. 2. Using the Church Drawing:Prepare a site layout plan showing how you would organize the site putting in facilities such as: a. Toilet facilities b. Changing room c. Canteen d. Site offices e. Security posts f. Entrances g. Indoor Storage h. Areas to place aggregates i. Etc.
