Knights TEAM RULES

All players will abide by the following team rules: 1. A Players education comes firstFootball is second. 2. Players are expected to always try to do their best in each practice session and in each game: always striving to improve their skills. 3. Players will always listen to instructions from the coaches and will conduct themselves properly in behavior and language among themselves and towards other teams and coaches. 4. Players must wear the official Knights uniform for all games: helmet, jersey, game pants, game socks, rubber spikes, and all pads. No player will be allowed to play without the above listed items. 5. No jewelry of any kind is permitted on players. 6. All players will be responsible for their equipment at all times. Players are responsible for washing, folding and bringing your practice uniforms to practice. If you are not suited up properly, or forget something for practice, you will be punished accordingly. It is not your mom or dads job to make sure your practice equipment is ready each day!! 7. Helmets are used for protection only; they are not to be thrown or sat on, and nothing shall be worn underneath the helmet that has any type of knot. If you do not have your helmet on it should be in your hand. 8. All players must hustle and display good teamwork, and attitude. 9. As a Team.each player will be supportive of ALL of their teammates. Down talking to another player will not be tolerated. We are all FAMILY. 10. All players are required to be at ALL scheduled practices in the proper dress for that day and ready to practice. 11 Missing a practice (excused or unexcused) will result in opportunity time after the next scheduled practice. Excused reasons for missing practices are: doctor, family emergency, or school function. If a player is hurt, the player must still attend practice, if injury allows.

1 Unexcused missed practiceplayer will not start the next scheduled game. 2 Unexcused or excused missed practice.opportunity period, player will not start the next scheduled game, and will not play 1st half.

12. During a game all players will remain in the bench area unless playing on the field. No player is allowed to talk to anyone but, their coaches or other team members, and ALL players are not permitted to say anything to ANY members of an opposing team or the referees during a game 13.
