Requirement: 1. Group Report: Group will submit a report on the topic assigned.

The report must have the following portions: Introduction: general understanding of the topic Key elements of the topic: types/kinds, causes, reasons, advantages/disadvantages, consequences. Overall broader input on the topic. One relevant OB research paper OR case study Critical Review on the research paper/case study Executive summary. The Report should have quality content, marking of report & overall group viva will suffer if content are compromised.

Guidelines: The total report should not be more than 10 pages. Typed write-ups only, no soft copies. no plastic files or folders plz. Copied work will only earn a zero. Work should be properly reference based to avoid being called copied. Hardcopy must be submitted on the date agreed. 2. Group Viva: Viva will be taken from the report submitted. Every member of the group must participate. Questions can be asked directly as well as floating manner. An environment of viva cum group discussion will be encouraged. Questions can also be asked out of the report but relevant to the topic. The duration of viva will be 20 minutes but it can remain flexible on the basis of the discussion. It is advisable to come prepared with some relevant examples on the topic to strengthen your point of view.
