Mn hc ny cung cp nhng yu t quan trng trong nh gi v phn nh nhng im ct li ca lnh o trong l thuyt v thc tin. iy ny t c thng qua vic xem xt nh gi cc l thuyt lnh o khc nhau, tho lun ci m, t nh gi c nhn v phn nh nhng thc tin lnh o. Sinh vin t khm ph nhng vn theo s dn dt ca ging vin thng qua phng php ng no (Brainstorming) v tho lun nhm.
