AgroupofGovernmentandCivilSocietyOrganizationshadimplementedavarietyofinitiatives, supportedbyUNDPsGenderJusticeandProtection(GJP)project,tocombatViolenceagainst Women(VAW)in93districtsacrossPakistanduringthelastfiveyears.Inordertotakeforward thestrengthsandgainsofGJP,inhelpingthepoor,disadvantagedandvulnerablecommunities includingwomenandchildrentoaccessjusticeservices,theseimplementingpartnersdecided to form Insaf Network Pakistan to continue addressing the issues of access to justice in a broaderScope. InsafNetworkPakistan(INP),anationalorganizationwithabroaderscope,envisionsalegally empoweredsociety,whichpromotesrightsofallcitizens,withspecialemphasisonwomenand other vulnerable segments. INP disapproves all forms of abuse, neglect and violence. INP, therefore, strives to promote professionally informed institutional networking and programming among civil society and the government organizations to help crossfertilize demandforequitablejusticewithsupplyfunctionsfordispensationofqualityjusticeandsocial servicestoallmembersofthesocietyespeciallythepoor,disadvantagedandthevulnerable. Insaf Network Pakistan will work with a variety of stakeholders and actors including political fraternity, government agencies, research institutes, national, provincial and local level civil societyorganizations,communitygroups,women,menandchildren,religiousseminariesand scholars. PurposeandScopeoftheAssignment Responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. Assists in maintainingthehumanresourcedatabaseandallemployeerecordsandfiles.Handles payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information. Completes assigned reportingfunctionsinvolvingattendancestatistics,termination,hireandtransferdata, andotherinformationassigned.Providesrecommendationsregardingthedevelopment andadministrationofhumanresourcepoliciesandprograms.Assistsininformingnew employees of human resource policies and programs as needed. Performs general officesupportfunctionsandassistsareapersonnelasnecessary. QualificationsandExperience a.Education Bachelorsdegreeinsocialsciences,Businessadministrationorrelateddisciplines.

b.WorkExperience Possessatleast23yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience. FluencyinwrittenandspokenEnglishandUrdurequired.Knowledgeofregional languagesisanasset. c.KeyCompetencies Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment. Effectiveoralandwrittencommunicationskills. Generalknowledgeofvariousemploymentlawsandpractices. ExperienceinadministrationofbenefitsandotherHRprograms.
