Suresh Srinivasan a Senior HR professional with more than 23 years of hard Core HR & IR experience in Indian & Multi National organizations like Coal India, ACC, Britannia, Wockhardt & USV & Turning Point where he has headed the Human Resource & OD Function in the capacity of an HR manager to a Senior Vice President to a Director. Has been instrumental in being a change agent in all the organisations he has been associated with. A well known trainer, a graphologist, a certified DISC profiler & a certified Coach, he is a OD expert with a wide range of expertise in all domains of Human Resource His major accomplishments include handling Mergers & acquisitions of Organisations from the Peoples Perspective to initiating major Change management drive to Employee Engagement Interventions in all the organisations he has worked for A Mentor for students, he is a coach & guide & regularly invited by many management institutes for guest lectures He is currently the Founder Director of Erudite Management Solutions Pvt Ltd which is his brain child & baby, started with the dream of Developing HR as a Business Partner, & not just a support function in organizations
