Lesson plan Date: May 24, 2012 Skill: Vocabulary, spelling, speaking Expected Outcomes: Students will be able

to identify new vocabulary. Students will be able to match concepts to pictures. Students will be able to pronounce new words in an appropriate way Resources: Whiteboard, whiteboard marker, dictionary, pictures Class Introduction Students continue to present their work from last class. Students comment on their classmates work. Core of the class Pre-stage Students comment on the way certain places make them feel. While-stage Students match pictures with the appropriate concept for feelings and places Students produce the concepts orally. Post-stage Students check their pronunciation along with the teacher. Closing Students check the contents of the class by asking questions and answering direct questions from the teacher. Time Comments Level: 7th Grade

10 minutes Make students recall previous knowledge. Activity checked in the board.

5 minutes

Students practice speaking.

15 minutes Students practice vocabulary. Make students improve their skills.

Students practice pronunciation. Make students improve their skills.
