Review of AGM and matters arising We distributed 3,200 meeting leaflets, 240 The Circle leaflets and 1,500 Home Watch letters. JH proposed that we distribute leaflets to the whole area in January, two leaflets, one for the core area (ZONE 1 on our boundary map) (specific achievements and on going projects in the Chester Avenue area) and one for the secondary areas (ZONES 2, 3 AND 4 on our boundary map (more generic, come and tell us what you want), dates of all meetings for the year to be included. For individual meetings we just do the core area and at the next AGM we publish the Page 1 of 4

dates for 2014 together with two leaflets again. Thereafter we will only publish and deliver two leaflets annually, at the time of the AGM. Posters for display in shops and libraries to be designed including the dates of all meetings. The General meeting afterwards was dominated by the circle area. JH felt that he should have taken more control over the subject; one resident was very vocal about his opposition to any development at all. JH: in the future we will place a five minute time limit on discussing questions. SF to investigate membership/involvement with the District Assembly Action SF
