CORPORATE LEVEL CONFLICT; Scene: - (In a company at the same time 2 employees were appointed.

They were given a task of making an advertisement for the company. The 2 employees were VINOD and SUNIL, MR. RAGHU the manager was given the job of choosing the best among them. SUNIL was a very good friend of RAGHU. From here the conflict beings) RAGHU: - You both have to make an advertisement for the promotion of the company. The advertisement should of 2 minutes, not more than that. (They were given 20mins each) Vinod:- sir, I have complete my work. (Sunil didnt completed his work in stipulated time and he easily granted more 10 mins for completing his advertisement) (After 10 minutes) Sunil: - sir I have completed my ad Raghu:- lets starts the ads (After seeing the ad) (Though the winner was obviously VINOD, because he completing his work in time, SUNIL was been selected for the job and not VINOD) (Then VINOD went to the head of the department and the senior manager and told about, what was happen in the completion of ad making) (The senior manger calls MR.RAGHU) MR. RAGHU: - sir, god morning, may I come in SENIOR MANAGER: - Yes, come in. so how did the selection go. MR. RAGHU: - SIR, it was too difficult but I managed. SENIOR MANAGER: - OH!! Really, may I know your criteria of selection and may I see the ads??

Mr. RAGHU: - Yes sir, surely I selected the best of the two and even keeping in mind the time taken by both of them. (Senior manager goes through the ad and he likes the ad made by VINOD reason was he completed the ad before the time with no mistake) SENIOR MANAGER: - MR. RAGHU you have chosen the employee on the favoritism basis which is not done and not accepted by our company I would really like to take some strict action on this. MR.RAGHU:- NO SIR, its not on the favoritism basis. (And trys to give as much as excuse as he can but the senior manager knows the truth and the conflict occurs between the manager and senior manager)

PERSONAL LEVEL CONFLICT Keeping in organization in mind if we see the personal conflict that arises is among the employees. The conflict may be because of any reason like caste issue, language issues, interest issues etc, Scene: - In a packaging company XYZ, there was a liberty given by the company to the staff of listening the music of their choice. There were around 20 working staff (12 south Indian, rest north Indian). There was one more rule whoever comes 1st will play the music of their choice. There were two employees (Sunil and Sanjay) with a very aggressive nature and always in a mood to fight, to abuse each other and this used to disturb the working environment of the company. One fine day a be manager was appointed by the company, These two employees again one day found out a reason to fight and the reason was the music. Sunil, south Indian guy played Tamil music and sanjay came and changed the music to hip hope. This was an insult to Sunils music and he started to shout. Hearing the ciaos all the employees gathered and they too started fighting. Sunil and Sanjay started abusing each other and hitting each other. In this way a personal level of conflict arises where there is no pressure of companys interference. All such kind of conflict must be taken care of to avoid miscommunication. To avoid illegal practices etc.
