PREFACE

I believe that Education is the most powerful weapon that leads to change
the person and the society as a whole. And it only comes through true
learning.

This module is entitled “Teaching and Intensifying English through


Inclusion Approach.” I choose this title because as future English teacher,
I want to strengthen the framework and paradigm of English subject.
Although learning English can be challenging and time consuming, we
can see that it is very valuable to learn and can create many opportunities.
In addition, I want to apply inclusion approach because I love its
significance where it recognizes and values diversity of learners so that
the diverse learning needs and the preferences of individual learners are
identified and met. Thus, each individual learner is valued and that they
are treated with dignity and respect.

The English Module for Grade 6 is designed to develop the knowledge


and skills of the students specifically in this subject. As our second
language and universal language, it helps the students become
competitive and efficient in various aspects in the real world.

There are (4) four modules and in every module it contains (3) three
lessons. At the end of the lesson, there will be a summative test given to
the students to evaluate their learning about the topic.
