1) Controllers dont have their own I/O modules connected by external cable. They should have their own inbuilt I/O modules to avoid any failures due to failure of cables. 2) Controllers should be tested and certified from BACnet testing laboratories (BTL) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).- offer controllers are not certified. 3) IO Modules are LON type and not BACnet. 4) Controller supports only BACnet / IP protocol. Other BACnet over Ethernet and BACnet over MSTP feature not available; not compliant for integration with third party system. 5) New alarms, Trendlogs and schedules cannot be added from the Front end software. It can be done only from the Commissioning Tool which is not provided to the end-user. Hence the end-user is dependent on the BMS specialist for this activity after the project Handover. 6) In the event failure of the main controller will leads to complete plant shutdown of the BMS operation. 7) Dependency on two protocols due to LON IO Modules and BACnet Controller. Non-native BACnet solution. 8) Room Thermostat T6360 is a standalone model without communication and no display of set-point and room temperature. The offer is not compliant to provide communicating type and with LCD display for temperature and set-point. To submit sample for further review and approval.

9) Staircase pressurization sequence of operation shall operate base on pressure sensor interface with motorized relief damper. 10) Submit sequence of operations for all Emergency Fans related to Fire mode. ( SPF,ASEF,SF&EF-FP,EF-FC,EF-GEN, SSLPF and EEF-GEN)

11)Car park ventilation system - CO Sensor to provide /supply including the CO control panel from same manufacturer as complete system. 12) Provide flow sensor to act as a Liquid flow switches. ( Paddle Type flow switch is not recommended) 13) FCU controller is non-programmable controller and supports on one application. Controllers should be freely programmable to modify the software as per the Client requirements. 14)Uses a resistance type Wall module with small LCD display which can give only limited parameters. Display is non-configurable. The offer is non-compliant - to provide one with the configurable display. 15)Does not have any provision of field service. The FCUs should have this provision in order to do proper maintenance. 16)FCU controller mentioned is LON .only to provide BACnet controller. 17)FCU Controller does not have inbuilt real time clock. The offer is non-compliant -This is required for scheduling of the FCUs. 18)Honeywell VC series valves for FCU are from China and not UK. 19)Liquid pressure sensor is from Taiwan. 20)Butterfly valves are from Taiwan and not UK. 21)Please provide official letter from Honeywell that above parts are from UK. And to submit flow control valve schedule as per the equipment schedule. ( AHUs & FCUS)

22)BOQ does not reflect the BMS frontend part number. 23)Submit Authorization letter from Honeywell for Shajan Trading and Contracting Co. And track record of such BMS installation in Qatar. (Honeywell authorization letter issued only for INTEGRA.) 24)Submit the training certificates for at least five engineers issued to Shajan Trading and contracting.( INTEGRA as your subcontractor /system applicator is not acceptable)
