Subject Site Visit dated 6 of December The site visit was start at 10:30h and the list of participants is given in Annex No 1. The tenderers were examine the site and surroundings where the powerhouse of HPP Boskov Most is to be installed in order to obtain for itself on its own responsibility all information that may be necessary for preparing of the tender. The Employer briefly informed all tenderers about scope of works foreseen under Lot 3 including limits of supply. The site visit was finished at 11:15h.

Pre-tender meeting dated 7 of December General The Pre-tender meeting was held at ELEM premises and started at 10:30h. The list of participants is given in Annex No 2. Mr. Ivan Trpeski, Employers representative, informed all Tenderers about extension of deadline for submission of its offers but new date shall be defined in accordance with Banks opinion and all Tenderers shall be informed about this date.

During the meeting Tenderers have asked the following questions: ELNOS BL Question: When Taking Over Certificate Period will commence? Answer: After successful termination of the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Tests the Trial Operation Period will commence and lasts one month. After the successful termination of the Trial Operation the Taking Over Certificate shall be issued.

ANDRITZ Question 1: Do eventual deviations from the Tender Documents can be fill-in by computer? Answer 1: ELEM shall ask the Bank regarding this question. In connection with previous mentioned, according to Tender Requirements List of Prices have to be entered in indelible ink but ELEM shall ask the Bank to clarify if prices can be fill-in by computer. Question 2: Will Storage Area be provided and who will provide it?

Subject Answer 2: According to Tender documents, ELEM shall provide a land for Storage Area but this not include storage facilities. Contractor is responsible for storage and security of its equipment until the issue of Taking Over Certificate. Question 3: When Bid-Security Certificate Period will commence? Answer 3: ELEM said that this period shall be in accordance with the extension of deadline for submission of Tenderers offers.

VOITH HYDRO Question 1: The data for Speed Rise is missing in Tender Requirements. What is the value for this data? Answer 1: ELEM and STUCKY shall submit this value to the Tenderers Question 2: Regarding the data for Elevation of the turbine distributor one value is on the drawings but the other is in the Tender Specifications. What is the correct value for this data? Answer 2: ELEM and STUCKY shall submit correct value to the Tenderers

ENERGOPROJEKT-OPREMA Question 1: Will Power Supply be provided and who will provide it? Answer 1: Electricity for Power Supply shall be provided according to Tender documents, on outgoing terminals in appropriate Low Voltage cubicles. Question 2: Will Storage Area be provided and who will provide it? Answer 2: See Answer 2 in Item 2.2.2.

LITOSTROJ POWER The representatives of Litostroj Power have given questions in written form presented in Annex 3.
