The proposed railway over bridge on kali mori railway crossing should be shifted from station road to delhi road, as width of the road is more at ramgarh delhi road than old industrial area road, therefore no acquisition is required. And other benefit of this shifting will be direct approach of public to general hospital and city.

Respected Sir, Thanx, for developing the idea of asking suggestions from the people/ citizens, because they are the actual users, Alwar is their home & every body will like to improve his home. I submit my suggestions as under: 1.In Master plan ,develop Alwar as a historical place i.e Balakila, Moosimaharani,sagar, Pandupol & Bhartari ,Ajabgarh Bhangarh ,Sariska,,Water sport in Siliisad , Jaismand,Bharatri,Tal varaksh,Jungle safari, Mohan baba ka mandir in Milak pur gujar village at Bhiwadi ,Neemrana fort. Kesroli fort , Nandeshwar mandir,etc the laldiggi should also be developed as in addition to tourist it will attract local people much for swmming, walking & evening parties etc.

2Goverment should develop Sports complex for the people. 3 Roads should be wide (100ft) with divider and sufficient green belt developed on both side of the road . Good roads attract tourist and put good impact on Tourist mind. City roads should have footpath to promote bicycles and pedestrian traffic.Malvia Nagar to Hasan kha road divide city in two parts so proper city bus to be provided for the beneficial of the population. 4. City garbage should be collected in a covered vehicle and dumped in remote areas. 5 All the requirement or interest should be taken in to consideration before announcing and developing new colonies like sports complex, Market, Dispensaries, Community hall etc. 6.Rail and Road network connectivity should be increased between Alwar and NCR . 7. Alwar vahini is a very good & successful plan implemented by you.

At above location An educational park with enternament facility be developed, in which use of only non conventional energy like solar, wind, human or other such energy be done for meeting the demand of energy of the park.(use of human energy can be discussed sapretly) 4. my suggestions are as under1. plan should consist sector and master roads for urban and urbanizable area as well. 2. masterplan must be desigen and draft by a accreciated

plannner as per planning fundamental strictly, in practice town planning eptt. rajasthan getting it drafted by enginiers n architects. that is violation of town & country planning act. 3. roads should wide as per NCR regional plan 2021 with sufficiant green and green buffer zones clearly mentioned. 4. masterplan should draft for a period of 10 (2021) years insist of 20 years (2031). alwar falling in NCR sub region and at present we dont have sub region plan for 2021-2031. so it will effect future plannings. other NCR cities had considered this view n impliment too. its good for unified devlopment of whole NCR. 4. consider traffic load, direction and crowd timings on daily basis in all road plans. a field survey must done. also for comercial and govt land use decisions. 5.every master road must carry a service lane and city roads shuld have footpath to promote bicycles and pedestrian traffic. it will help preventing polllution. these should have clear thorughout n advtsmnt poles should not plant over their. its violation of indian road congress rules too. 6. upcoming rush urban areas & major markets like scheme 1,2, kalakuan, 60ft road, NEB market, shivajipark and such other areas shoul have a plan for underground pathways in road planning. 7.govt offices, comercial land and public transportation points should locate near by each other.currently in alwar collectrate is at one end n railway station on other one. also govt facilities must keep away with hospital, schools n residential area. 8. industrial use lands and godowns should have distance of atleast 10-15 km from residential lines. to prevent tragidies like bhopal and jaipur indian oil accident. 10. undergound water level and water quality survey must carry out for industrial, hotels, comercial. hospital and group housing areas. alwar is in dark zone and city also falls in critically exploited zone notified by CWGB. masterplan counsaltancy must enclose latest survey reports for water needs of concerning area and estimeted population. 11. as per survey notification 18 new villages adding in urban area. many of these consist aravalis hills, reserve and protected forest area, waterbodies and nalla; so enviornment masterplan of alwar 2010 too followed. 12.plan should clearly mention agri land, WAQF land, MANDIRMAFI land, UIT land, muncipal,revenue and disputed lands too, atleast total area of legally disputed land should mention so that planning could meet actual land needs and available land for urbanisation. this is the key problem in existing masterplan of alwar. on papers there is 28% resi land is unutilized but UIT dont have lands for use. 13. disaster management guidelines of ministry of home affairs, india.

Sirs, There is no real requirement of constructing Railway over bridge over Kali mori Railway Crossing, as sufficient over bridges are already existing at the Railway Crossing falling either side of Kalimori Railway Crossing and distance of such over bridges at either side of Kalimori Railway Crossing is not more than 400 meters and such already constructed over bridges (itarana railway overbridge) are sufficiently catering need of the residents of nearby area. Hence, by proposing construction of unnecessary Railway over bridge at Kali Mori, the UIT are not only harassing the local residents but are also intending to put unnecessary burden of Crores of Rupees over State Exchequer, which cannot be allowed and in fact such proposed Railway Crossing is against the interest of public at large. Please do not put unfair, unreasonable and malicious construction in ALWAR city master plan 2031. Only 3.41 Lac total population of Alwar city which requirs clean road, fresh Air, clean water, good education, good law and order. Alwar should be ideal city of INDIA.

Sir, Please add the following points : 1. In each big colony like Ambedkar Nagar & Surya Nagar , Zim &

playground even indoor & out door game facility should be included. Being a young officer you may take care of such points. 2. In Alwar some important points on the way from Delhi to Jaippur like TAALVRAKSH (where hot water from a pond and cold water from other pond and both are situated at the same point. And this way is being prepared to go jaipur instead go through Sariska wild area. Another BABDI at Neemrana having 7-8 floor in the ground worth to see is being repaired for a long time and its a huge source of water. 3. Why all the public from villages is landed at hope circus/ghantaghar to purchase anything from the market. Developing new market in the outer city may taken into account. 4. some new technique to use public transport instead of individual vehicle, which may reduce the accidents.

Sir,1.English Education system is not as per the satisfactory level,if education is not good any other development will be quite meaningless,iam just shifted to ramgarh,here i have seen that,standard of living is tottaly low,and uneducated people want to remain there,where they are,there is no upper than needed facility is available in tehsil goverment hospital,ramgarh to bahadurpur road and street condition is totally low,no street lights,no sewerage system and garbage waste,we normally see here on residential place,our tehsil is on alwar-delhi highway,but here development is not according to that,employement opportunities must be increased.such an improvement must be here,so that nobody wants to migrate.Thanku

sir following sugestion are for 2031 master plan 1.Most of the popoulation expansion is now towards other side of the railway line that is towards the subhash nagar to 200 ft road. hence a planned market, public park like nehru garden, sports stadium and other govt offices to be build to reduce the congestion in alwar city.presently all the facilities are towards the old city side where population is less so every one has to move towards that area causing heavy traffic on the overbridge road.

2. the roads in alwar are wide enough but due to heavy encroachment they are reduced to a narrow lane.Eg Roads around Agresane circle are totally covered by encroachment.The bus stop built by UIT near this circle is occupied by tempo and this stand is only visible during night time.Hence it is requested a drive for removing this should be taken and this should be avoided in future with propsr planning and strict regulations. 3. Three most busy road in alwar which required immediate and plan alternatives are Kashiram chorah to NEB subhash nagar via over bridge, Shivaji nagar to nangli circle, ranjit nagar to subhash nagar ie 60 ft road. Driving on these road are night mare for road users. A flyover from arts college to transport nagar is required immediately for reducing much of the traffic. 3. Delhi to alwar is 160 km whereas it take 5 hrs in bus to travel. this part should be addressed. 4.Expansion of alwar railway station is must as there are only two platforms on the station. A new railway station must be planned to take care of future reqirements.

Dear Sir, Alwar can be made into the most beautiful city of Rajasthan. Its already looking good these days but if all citizens make up their mind it can be the best...Also there are too many private vehicles on small roads..single persons using big cars must nt be allowed..they must have share a car or use public transport..also there must be exclusive Alwar Wahini for colleges as it shall help the students. What about drainage system for Alwar, in rainy weather all road like kali mori,gantha ghar, lal deggi and kalakua is convert into water canal, what is your plan for rain water because in rainy

weather Alwar is worst city for road transport. And what about kali mori there is worst position when there is three to four feet water on road and there is no way to go shantikunj and alkapuri from Railway station no road is left , and what about alkapuri market ,bank colony, during rainy weather no drainage system for rain water.

Idea of Alwar 2031 vision is very good and in my view we must keep some provision to attract Rajasthan born people back to Alwar & keep the provision of good sanitary system and ensure water supply in the city.Connectivity to delhi is available now but no body will appreciate this because it takes 5 hrs by road,try to reduce to develop some speedy transport to delhi and some provision be made to have a domestic airport at alwar.

Alwar can fatch much tourism out of it, provided it is connected by good roads, direct trains. Which will not only earn good revenue but it will increase the business of Alwar. 4.(b) Otherwise also three important cities Delhi, Jaipur & Agra are situated in three directions & practically at equal distance from Alwar(NCR), but Agra is neither connected by good roads nor connected by any direct train which is a pitty situation, it should be connected with direct trains at the earliest. 5. At toolera new Alwar Railway station should be developed, &

the present Alwar station be named as Alwar city station. 6. For better future of MIA it should also be connected by Railways. 7. We have heard several times that in foregin if any body spits some where, or does any mis chief, the police takes action & fine him. We can also control the same at a nominal cost by putting cc cameras in good number. Because camera is only thing from which every body feel fear, so it can easily control the offences & give Clean, safe, offence free(minimum offence) & a good city. 8. A modern educational park be developed with practical & working models, showing that how non conventional energy like solar wind etc. can be used, kitchen or other waistage can be disposed off. How the water can be re-charged to make our life good. This will result awareness among the children & youth. So it will be very much useful to the society if youth understands the utility. 9. Alwar vahini is a very good & successful experiment, a two wheeler taxy (motor cycle taxy) can also be tried, it will on one hand generate self employment, while on the other hand it will provide quick transport facility at economical rates to single person having least/no luggage. the roads should be wide,smooth and large.market should be divided productwise.there should be underground parking facility,traffic lights at every circle,cleaning of the city by modern technology for keeping environment safe and healthy.renovate all the old buildings.residential and business area should be seperated.transport facility should be good.alwar vahini ki speed aur stops nishchit hone chahiye.route chart should also be pasted on public places.no posters should be pasted on the walls.there should be a seperate footpath for pedestrians.roads kaa atikraman naa ho.sewage system should be there and drains should be closed. your town planning is great

Sir, Regarding Draft Management Plan 2031 I would like to suggest some points that may be useful. 1. On Hanuman Chauraha flyover may be taken into account as being a highway and in future it will be a very effective cross point Delhi-Jaipur Highway. 2. Transport of kachra from one place to another should be in packed bag like cement bag as I have seen it in Kerala. All packed bag of Kachra were taken in a truck in Kerala while here its

taken openly by tractor.3. Some new colonies is under development like Ambedkar Nagar , Surya Nagar etc , shoud take care of home construction rules as made by UIT like howmuch area should be left in front and back. UIT should take care of all such things because it will impact in future on Master Plan 2031. 4. Some shortcut routes should be find/make to go from one colony to another colony like to reach at Ambedkar Nagar the person will go either by Itarana crossing or by old overbridge, why its not directly connect from kali mori to highway. As kalimori bridge has been sanctioned so it may be taken into account. These all above suggestions may impact on master plan 2031. Regards

first of all we should make alwar a green city, it will help us come out of many problems like pollution, water havesting and the people of alwar will be free from many dieseases. we should encourage the citizens to plant trees, it should be made compulsory to plant at least 2 big trees in each house, otherwise fine should be imposed on them. there can be a competition for best garden, this will encourage people for gardening and will help in making alwar a neat and clean city. a proper sports club should be made in alwar to encourage sports activities especialy for girls.

Now Alwar is looking good. It is nice one. Roads should be wide with green plants. Alwar tourism should be provoked. Residential colonies towards dhaulidhoop will be good becoz if they will towards MIA, it will not be good for people's health. Anyhow great attention towards green belt, water and easy life.

Dear sir this is a good step by your side. At present a bypass road exist from telco circle to hanumam circle to bhugor bypass. I suggest that instead this there shoud be a ring road from chikani to malakhera via m.i.a. 2. The center line of alwar bhawani top to shivaji park. This road should be in comercial use in master plan.

There are certain basic things which need to be followed by the public as well as the administration. i) Illegal encroachments on public places wether it is small or big to be removed and administration should keep a strict eye on it. ii) traffic rules to be implemented strictly. iii) Sufficient parking spaces to be developed. iv)Developement works are to be coordinated properly between various departments so that wastage of money and manpower be minimized. v) Area wise local markets should be developed to reduce the pressure in the old city. vi) Efficient waste managment system is to be developed. vii) last but not the least, the work should be done honestly, keeping public interest on top priority not the personal or the political intrest.

In my view of regarding vision 2031 a new looks for Alwar city will come when old industry area shifted to MIA and establish new residential colonies on this area. Another idea is that all roads in the city will be reconstructed.

Respected sir , Now , since there are plenty of Alwar Vahini's in Alwar , which is a sign of growth , please make some small stand for these , especially at Bus stand . There is a big space lying near the entarance , which is being used as a " Riksha Stand " . Cover the nalla and you get a big stand for Alwar Vahini , all the people , who stand on the road to hire the vahini , can take a shelter there , and , most important , the traffic which is creating a problem at Bus stand , will be easier to move .

respected sir alwar vision 2031 is a very good idea because alwar is near from delhi my points are if we connect kishangarh bas to bhiwadi road via gothra mandha karwar kalgoan jalalpur jodia khushkhkhera dharuhera then delhi will be very near from alwar after that medi city plan devloped on tijara road because btk master plan already aproved so amusement park and cyber city also devlop on kishangarh road construct a ring road arund alwar
