NU Nights 2014-2015 Executive Board Application NU Nights is a student organization with the aim of bringing late night programming

activities to Northwestern undergraduate students and uniting our campus community through these activities. Late Night Programming includes a variety of on-campus events, catering to the needs and interests of our student body, occurring from 1 pm to 1am. developing and promoting applications and aiding in selection

8 >evelops and maintains an events calendar of other large-scale organizations and their
late night programs

8 ,uilds and maintains relationships with other student organizations and coordinates cosponsorships with these groups

8 *nsures NU Nights is following applicable deadlines and adherence to all university


policies and procedures.

Ad$inistration ;reates and maintains financial event reports for each event and an overall 0uarterly report. !ecords event attendance and presents event information to the *+ecutive ,oard during meeting Beeps minutes of wee9ly e+ecutive meetings and ta9es attendance at all meetings 7aintains listservs of current members and the general NU Nights listserv Updates the /treet :eam list ;reates a 0uarterly newsletter to distribute to the NU population. /ends wee9ly correspondence to all committee members ;o-chairs the 6dministration and 7embership ;ommittee

1. Mar)eting Plans4initiates all mar9eting pro2ects and provides leadership, consultation and advice to

help chairs e+ecute the mar9eting strategies. 7aintains and updates the NU Nights Gildcat ;onnection page >esigns, researches, and distributes all NU Nights merchandise for board members and students >esigns and distributes recruitment mar9eting materials for NU Nights with the help of =P 7embership /erves as a liaison for all University media sources and coordinates with press to publicize events ;hairs the 7ar9eting ;ommittee *nsures /tudent 6ffairs 7ar9eting has all the proper information to design the promotional 0uarterly calendar before each 0uarter and mar9eting materials for the 6fter >ar9 "rant.
