System Analysis Fact Gathering

Method 1: Interview
Questions:
1. How did the hotel reservation system performed? Did it performed as expected?

2. Is there any short-coming when using the system?

3. Does the system performed well, especially during peak usage when dealing with many
clients checking-in and out?

4. About the usability, is the systems user interface user-friendly or did it hinder you from
using it?

5. In terms of performance, did the system work well in accessing clients information and
data as well as updating other department with current information?

6. How does the system react when there is any conflict of data, for example when the current
information does not match with the existing information such as clients hotel membership
card information? How does the system cope?

7. When there is a failure in the system during usage, can it retrieve the pervious information
such as most recent clients details? If so, is it hard to get it up and running?

8. How accurate does the information that you requested? Does the information requested
presented in a mannerly fashion or is it hard to understand?

9. Is it easy to key-in clients information?

10. Does the system present out summary of room booking information such as number of
room booked, clients details and so forth when requested?
