Ahiahi Marie Everyone,

Well this really has been the worst winter for snow! I can't
believe so much of it was washed away. Looking at the web cam
was just depressing. So hopefully we get enough snow over the
weekend so that we can go next week (Tuesday -
Juniors, Wednesday - Seniors). If you are no longer able to help
with supervision please contact Kerry in the office and let her
know. Alternatively if you are now able to come you are most
welcome and just let Kerry know. Fingers crossed we get up
there this time.
We had a lovely visit from Papatawa School this week. Our students did you very proud by being
fabulous hosts. Papatawa was particularly interested in our leadership and kapahaka. Our senior
student did a fabulous job showing off their skills then proceeded to teach our visitors some of their
skills. Well done Mana and Thunderbolt. You have made me very proud.
Next week, on Thursday, we have three senior teams travelling to Taihape for the North Rangitikei
Sevens Rugby Tournament. Currently we are short one coach/manager for the day. If you are
available, and you don't need to be very experienced, please let Stacey know. Referees are
provided on the day so you don't need to worry about that, all you need to do is make sure your team
gets to their designated matches and subs are rotated throughout the game. Stacey and Cody will
be there to support you throughout the day, I'll even shout you a flash coffee from BP :-)
Finally just a reminder that classes are collecting interesting recycled items for their wearable arts
projects, in particular boxes and fabrics. If you have anything at home, please bring it in and we will
add it to our stash.

Relief cleaner
Are you interested in been our relief cleaner. At the moment it would only be on call when our current
cleaner is unable to come in. This could however lead to a permanent job as our currently cleaner will
be leaving us in a few months. If you are interested please let Kerry or Marama know.
