Helped create an asset control and distribution program for HealthSouth’s $2.7 billion of assets by creating an online catalog. Set up
and managed warehousing for HealthSouth, AmSouth Bank and Regions Bank. Directed closing of 177 HealthSouth clinics and
movement of assets to corporate. Generated $4+ million in revenues the first year of operation.

Chief Operating Officer, Cole Service Group – Birmingham, AL

Overall management of five transportation/distribution companies in AL, GA, NC and FL under the Cole
Service Group umbrella. Focused on ‘Final Mile Delivery’.

General Manager, Electronic Data Carriers - Dallas, TX & Denver, CO

Overall management of distribution centers with 60+ employees. Developed and coordinated sales, and public relations. Successfully
coordinated acquisition & merger of Denver branch. Made profit the first month after consolidation.
Branch Manager, Burnham Service Corporation - Columbus, Austin, Cincinnati, Boston, Denver
Overall management of branch operations, staffing, achievement of corporate objectives and goals to include P&L performance, sales,
receivables, expense and budget control. Opened and managed IBM aggregation and distribution centers. Was presented with the
President’s awards and Branch Manager of the year award for meeting and exceeding all goals. Negotiated contracts with IBM and
Raytheon.
