Rafael Celeste reported the loss of his handgun and cellphone to the San Fernando Municipal Police Station in Camarines Sur, Philippines. On April 20, 2015 around 4:00 PM, while riding his motorcycle to Brgy. Pinamasagan, Celeste noticed his backpack was open and the items were missing. He believes the handgun and cellphone may have fallen out of his backpack as he traveled. Celeste searched the area but was unable to find the missing items. The police issued a blotter excerpt about the reported loss upon Celeste's request.

RAFAEL CELESTE y Dela Cruz, 42 years old, married and a resident of Zone 1
Brgy. Del Pilar, San Fernando, Camarines Sur personally appeared at this station and
requested to put on record that on or about 4:00 PM April 20, 2015 while he was on
board his driven motorcycle going to Brgy. Pinamasagan San Fernando Camarines
Sur, and upon reaching on said place he noticed that his backpack was already
open and his handgun trade mark Armscor with serial number 1190889 together
with his cell phone were missing, he believed that is was dropped while he was
travelling somewhere along the way to Brgy. Pinamasagan of this Municipality and
he went back to look and find said handgun and cell phone but nowhere to be found
and everything turn futile.
