A. Computer memory determines the number of programs a computer can run at a time and how
fast these programs will run. Memory stores data and instructions for future. The memory of
a computer is of two types: 1) Internal Memory 2) External Memory

A. 1) The data stored on RAM is lost when we turn off the computer but the data stored on ROM
retains even when the power is switched off.
