brought to the forefront once again the deficiencies in the protocol for such
incidents. Do you have a copy of this protocol you could send me? Id like to
bring the issue up with the Natural Resource Trustee agencies and see if we can
demand that it be modified to include some accountability and environmental
protections. I know youve had this on your radar for some time and if you have
specific suggestions, please share them with me.
