Please reply that you received this email as we are having communications issues.

As mentioned in the call, a vessel is currently anchoring in waters littered with UXO,
on sea grass designate resources category 1 critical habitat and considered irreparable if destroyed (non-mitigable) ,
in waters designated critical habitat for green sea turtles,
waters listed as critical habitat for corals,
and in an area at the heart of Puerto Rico’s first designated “no take” MPA, the Reserva Natural Canal de Luis Peña.
They are anchored in the center of where listed green sea turtles forage.
We are hoping you can please radio them.
