Please see the attached notice also filed through EPA ECHO electronic reporting for interagency attention through the
new environmental crimes task force.
While the legality of the permit regarding the San Juan Bay dredge involves a
court case against Army Corps still pending the appellate court's ruling, this is to notice other agencies responsible for
critical habitat and ODMS issues of recent documentation of water quality impacts associated with the San Juan Bay.
