Burlington Coffee Group 2016 Meeting Schedule

The following is a 2016 meeting schedule for the Burlington Coffee Group. We are a group of
people from the west GTA (Etobicoke, Mississauga, Burlington, Milton, Oakville) as well as
Hamilton, Niagara, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo and other areas of southern Ontario
who meet once a month to network with each other, as well as to offer related information that
may be helpful to meeting participants. For those who are in career transition (aka - looking for
employment), the group may also serve as a valuable resource as part of the job search process.
Although the group started as an outgrowth of HAPPEN (Canadas largest executive network
further details may be obtained by visiting: http://www.happen.ca ), anyone living within a
reasonable distance of our meeting location (such as those regions noted above) with an interest
in networking and helping others in the spirit of "pay it forward", whether you are working or in
career transition is welcome. You dont need to be a HAPPEN member to join us. The meetings
are led by a member of our leadership team that runs the BCG, chaired by our co-Convenors,
Greg Brown and Gabe Papaloni.
Meeting Location: Williams Fresh Cafe
Burlington Power Centre - 1250 Brant Street (NW corner of Brant Street & North Service Road)
Our meeting location is easily accessible from all points in the Toronto area. If you are driving,
take the QEW to exit 101 (Brant Street). Go north on Brant to the North Service Road and turn
left. To access the plaza, take the first right turn from the Service Road. For those taking public
transit, Burlington Transit offers two routes (2 and 12) from the Burlington GO station. Route

Time: 8:30 a.m to 10:30 a.m. (note: times listed are approximate).
Meeting Dates: Our meetings usually are held on the fourth Saturday morning of each month,
except in December. Since the fourth Saturday in December may be too close to the Christmas
holiday season to make a feasible meeting date, at the discretion of the leadership team another
December meeting date may be selected (such as a Saturday morning earlier in the month). Or we
may decide to follow what we have done in some past years by replacing our December meeting
with a Christmas/Holiday gathering at a pub or similar location in the area.
