Why I network with you and so many other that I will in the near future?

Connecting with friends I haven’t met yet. Psychological research shows that feelings of connection to
other people lead to longer, healthier, happier lives. Ecademy, twitter, face book, YouTube, LinkedIn, plaxo
, etc.

Increasing communication with my friends and also family. Even if you have a small family, it can be
difficult to keep in touch with your relatives. Online social networks such as Twitter or Face book can help
you keep in touch with your family through short sentences. It’s the best of both worlds: connection while
saving time!

Reconnecting with my old friends or family members. Websites such Ecademy, LinkedIn, Twitter or
Face book allow me to find friends I went to grade school with, or long-lost cousins. These online social
networks allow me to connect with my past, which can be a psychological health benefit.

Engaging my business networking contacts. Keeping in touch with wine industry news, contacts, and
market fluctuations is fast and easy with online social networking websites and of course poetry clubs,
wine clubs, and everything connected with wine tourism.

Clarifying what’s important for me and too my dear friends. This forces me to figure out exactly what
I mean to say, which help me clarify my beliefs and opinions. Similarly some social sites give me the
chance of looking on the people, photos, and interactions that are meaningful to me. Blogs and videos
help me to share with you what I love and care about my lovely land in Douro Valley.

Sharing my poetry, my wines, and my passion for people. “The more you give, more you will receive,”
is a popular saying because it’s true! Life is about good seeds and good friends… happy farming not
hunting.

Helping other people. Sometimes, a request on Ecademy, on Twitter or Face book or other networking
social results in helping individuals with health problems, or even depressed.
Gratitude is free as well a good smile. Not taxes on it.
