Industrial Heat Recovery Steam Generators

The industrial HRSG designed by CMI is

dedicated to cogeneration, electricity and
steam production, or small combined
cycle turbine generators ( 40 MWe).
For nearly 50 years CMI has been a
specialist in HRSGs and can assist you to
make the right choice.
CMIs industrial boiler consists of steam
pressure parts and a casing. The steam
pressure parts meet steam equipment
design, fabrication and safety requirements
according to international standards (PED
97/23/EC, EN or ASME).

This CMI HRSG consists of several

modules, which are shop-assembled
and hydro-tested prior to transportation.
Modules are assembled on site, enabling a
short on-site construction time.
The heat exchangers, including headers
and tube sheets, are located in a gas
tight sidewall made of welded steel sheet
panels.

The complete industrial HRSG is internally

and/or externally insulated according to
the flue gas temperature and erection
conditions.
Different operation modes, such as flying
take over, fresh air firing, remote control,
dual pressure, can also be proposed.
Moreover CMI can bring its experience as
an EPC contractor for industrial HRSGs.

The inlet and outlet ducts are made of

carbon steel panels to withstand internal
gas pressure as well as wind effect.
