Gloss Reduction for Door trim and IP to achieve Europe market requirement
o Reduction of 40% loss from current target without affecting current
production.
o 1st program where we achieved this target without new tooling for any part.
o Project promoted for Precedential award. (got 5th place in all project)

S&R team leader for Interior parts in Both project & lead for IP shaker
implementation
o 76 design improvement to achieve 0 S&R and IP shaker issues.
o Permanent S&R review member for vehicle Evolution team.

In upcoming professional life I want to learn design software to directly implement


ideas which I learn in professional phase of my career, which now we have to communicate
to designer.
