Emergency Plans for Adriana Boniface

Thank you so much for supplying for me! Heres a rundown of the day:
Bust Duty (AM) You will be taking Dylan off of the bus. You can meet him
at the back door of the white bus, then bring him to his locker and help him
prepare for the day.

Period 1 : 8:27-9:45

ROOM 100

Students: Edyta, Diana, Carmelo, Vinson, Justin, Moses

Directly after announcements you will help change Edyta then Diana with
either Ms. Pires or Ms. Thomas. Peer tutors come in to do activities with the
students. Float around the classroom and assist in any way needed. Make
sure you are aware of Edyta and Vinsons personal space as they both tend
to grab, pull or hit. Please see the safety plans attached to the back of this
binder. If you have any questions please see the classroom teachers Mr. Perri
or Ms. Dmytrasz or the ERWs of the class.

Period 2: 9:50-11:05

ROOM 121

Students: Ethan & Mateusz (Pronounced Matthew)

Here you will be in an integrated Geography class with Ms. Carey. Mateusz
and Ethan will be sitting at the back of the classroom together. Follow what
the class is doing. Both students are aiming to receive this credit, so please
just assist them with the work do not modify it for them. Ethan tends to
talk out loud and may need redirecting to stay on task or listen to the
teacher. They will be doing the work that the rest of the class is doing. If
there is a lot of note taking, Mateusz may need some assistance as he will
not be able to copy all of the notes in time. If you have any questions please
consult the classroom teacher.

Period 3A : 11:10-11:50

CAFETERIA DUTY

You have lunch supervision in the cafe with Ms. Pires and Ms. Thomas. Any
questions please ask them directly.

Tuesday Thursdays Music and shared reading in room 100
Fridays Fun Fridays in room 100

You will assist students with activities the classroom teachers have planned
for the day. Please see Safety Plans at the back for information on students.
If you have any question please see Ms. Lewis (ERW) or the classroom
teachers Ms. Rajic or Mr. Perri. At 2:00 you will assist either Ms. Lewis or Mr.
Pimental with changing J.P, followed by changing Diana with Ms. Thomas.

2:20 BUS DUTY (PM)

You and Ms. Rajic are in charge of getting J.P, Edyta and J.P onto their buses.
Please see the bus duty schedule (located in room 100 on the window to the
office) for bus numbers. Edyta and J.P will both be on the same bus.
