Assessments

Formative Assessment:
Assess the students on their knowledge of place
setting & tableware. Have different tableware
sitting out and have them label each one to the
best of their knowledge.

Summative Assessments:
Have the students share what meal service they
enjoy the best and why? Have them share with a
partner a time when they enjoyed one of the 4
types of meal service- was it a bad or good
experience?
