INVITATION TO THE GRAND FINALE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE

Bodyactive Health and Fitness Studio cordially invite you to the Grand Finale Ultimate
Challenge that will be hosted in Letlhakane on the 06 th August 2016. The activities of the day are
as follows:
Morning Session:
0600 hrs : 10 Km run
0800 hrs : Aerobics session(3 hrs)
1100 hrs : Bootcamp drills(1 hr)
Evening Session:
1800 hrs. : Braai at Rosepan Lodge
The activity will be at a cost of P100 each participant.
Join us and lets CHANGE THE FACE OF ZOWA. Lets invest in our health fitness status and
have a very fit community.
