THE ANCOP BIGGEST LOOSER for the

BIGGEST CAUSE CHALLENGE 2019
(October 6, 2019 – November 17, 2019)

GUIDELINES:
Please read the guidance carefully and take note of the following reminders.
1. Open to all ages 18 – 65 years old fit to join the challenge.
2. Registration fee is P500.00 for each participant. Registration period is from
September 15, 2019 until October 5, 2019.
3. Each participant will be weighed for their official starting weight including height for
their BMI computation at the start of the competition on October 6, 2019 at the St.
Peter’s Cathedral Gymnasium, Tuguegarao City from 1:00pm to 5:00pm only.
Note: FAILURE to attend the initial weigh-in will disqualify the participant.
4. The competition will be held for seven (7) weeks, from October 5, 2019 and every
Sunday thereafter until November 17, 2019 for weekly weight-in at the St. Peters
Cathedral Gymnasium from 1:00pm to 5:00pm to monitor the status of each
participants.
5. Failure to weigh-in for 3 consecutive weekly weigh-ins will DISQUALIFY the
participants
6. GAINING weight or failure to lose weight for two (3) weigh-in will DISQUALIFY the
participants
7. The awarding of winners will be held on November 17, 2019 @ 5:00am, during the
ANCOP GLOBAL WALK event, and also the last week of weight-in. (Program of the
ANCOP Global Walk will be given to each participants, 2 weeks before the event.)
8. All participants of the “ANCOP BIGGEST LOOSER for the BIGGEST CAUSE CHALLENGE”
is automatically participants of the ANCOP GLOBAL WALK 2019 which will be help
on November 17, 2019 at 5:00am.
9. Participants are DISCOURAGED from using diet pills, supplements, laxative and other
weight-loss aids.
10.Participants are advice to lose weight safely following healthy eating and exercise
habit. We encourage you to seek physicians or nutritionist advice.
11.Wear normal workout clothes such as workout T-Shirt, shorts or work-out pants
every weigh-in
12.Registration for this event is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
13.All REGISTRATION FEES will go to the SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM of the CFC ANCOP
GLOBAL FOUNDATION INC., Tuguegarao City.
14.All rules are enforced on all participants with NO EXCEPTIONS.
15.All participants will be given “Certificate of Participation” and simple token.
16.PRIZES: 1st prize – P5000.00, 2nd prize – P3000.00, 3rd prize – P1000.00
