RATES & DESCRIPTIONS
Small groups ensure that you will receive personal attention from your trainer **Please note that all classes welcome men and women. Please consult your Doctor or Health Care Practitioner prior to embarking on an exercise program. **BRING A TOWEL AND WATER **

All classes are available with the options of PRE-PAID for 6 consecutive weekly sessions, or DROP IN.
The cost is $13.50 per session (incl.HST)when PrePaid for 6 consecutive weekly sessions = $81.00 Pre-Paid/Pre-Regd If space remains available, drop in fee of $18.00 (incl. HST) - Please phone or e-mail ahead to reserve your spot.

SPIN/CYCLE FIT: Choose the sessions that best suit your schedule This indoor cycling class for all fitness levels will take you up hills, challenge you on the flats, using our Keiser M3 cycles. Come & try it! Monday 5:35-6:35 PM / Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM **Wednesday 6:35-7:35 PM (**Note:This class will resume in September,2012) Instructor: Jill Frank Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 AM Instructor: Hertha Shalinsky Tuesday, 7:30 8:30PM Instructor: Christine Dalzell STRENGTH & CARDIO CIRCUIT: Tuesday, 6:00-7:00PM, Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30PM, Thursday, 6:15-7:15PM Saturday, 8:30AM 9:30AM Fast paced and always different, Chris leads you through a circuit of strength training and aerobic exercise thats guaranteed to tone you up, shed the pounds and leave you feeling like you can do anything!
