3. Since 15/06/2015 BS101 Interrupter when given close command goes to unknown state sometimes (AMS
No: 16-41225)
4. Since 7/10/2015 SS-121 Isolator is showing OPEN status in SCADA workstation even though CLOSED
in field (AMS No: 16-41227)
5. Since 30/11/2015 Minor oil Leakage from Traction Transformer -2 at secondary bushings inspection
chamber. (AMS No: 16-41228)
6. Since 16/2/2016 Battery charger displaying false alarm every time when any of the 25KV GIS breakers are
